  • Cake Agency wanted stronger, more representative examples of work to showcase its capabilities—without exposing current client projects through the agency website or client presentations.

    On behalf of Cake Agency, I developed a series of fully realised concept brands across a range of product sectors and industries. These concepts were then translated into example e-commerce experiences, clearly demonstrating the types of sites available across different price points and levels of complexity.

  • After defining a range of product sectors, I carried out in-depth research and developed brand concepts that felt authentic, considered, and fully realised. This process allowed for real creative freedom in naming and identity development. The strength of the work was reflected in the response—several people even asked where they could buy the (fictional) hot sauce brand, a clear sign the concept had landed convincingly.
